Welcome to Star Gems (www.stargems.co.in). We deliver your orders securely across India and worldwide through Shiprocket’s trusted courier network.
1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next working day.
- During festivals or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.
2) Shipping Within India
- Courier Partners: Shiprocket network (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc.).
- Delivery Time:
- Metros: 2–4 working days
- Non-metros / remote areas: 3–7 working days
- Shipping Fee: ₹100 (includes insurance).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available.
3) International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via Shiprocket’s international partners.
- Estimated Delivery: 7–15 working days (customs may cause delays).
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Custom Duties/Taxes: To be paid by the buyer as per local laws of the destination country.
4) Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by SMS/email.
- You can track your shipment through the link provided.
- If tracking doesn’t update within 48–72 hours, please contact us.
5) Packaging & Delivery
- All items are packed securely with tamper-evident materials.
- Please inspect the package at delivery. For any issue, record an unboxing video and share it with us immediately.
- Couriers deliver Mon–Sat during business hours.
6) Returns & Refunds
- Please Note: There are no returns or exchanges on products sold through www.stargems.co.in.
- Refunds are not available once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
7) Important Notes
- Provide a complete address and active phone number for smooth delivery.
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or edited.
- In case of failed delivery (wrong address/unreachable contact), the buyer will bear reshipping costs.
